Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes.
- Slowly add vegetable broth while whisking.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
