A delicious and easy vegan grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
Instructions
- Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet.
- Top with vegan cheese.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

- Use your favorite type of vegan cheese.
- Experiment with different breads.
