Ingredients

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in water for 2-4 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Add cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, Dijon mustard, turmeric, and salt to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
