Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Line a cupcake tray with liners and pour the batter into each liner.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
