Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil and mix with maple syrup.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in raisins.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
