Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Melt coconut oil and mix with maple syrup.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in raisins.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute raisins with chocolate chips.
