Instructions

  2. Add chopped vegetables to the batter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden.
  6. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve hot.
