Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
