Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potato layers.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
