Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add almond milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped spinach, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until firm and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
