Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Add cashews, water, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  6. Blend again until well combined.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  8. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
