This vegan ranch dressing is creamy and flavorful, perfect for salads or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Add cashews, water, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Blend again until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
