Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the cooked lentils with a fork.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into sausage shapes.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These sausages can be frozen for longer storage.
