Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the cooked lentils with a fork.
  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into sausage shapes.
  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
