  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add crumbled tofu to the pan.
  4. Stir in nutritional yeast, turmeric, black salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm.
