Description

Vegan snickerdoodles are soft, chewy cookies rolled in cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, brown sugar, almond milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Form dough into small balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
