Vegan Snickers Bars that are gluten-free and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend dates, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add oats, chopped peanuts, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined pan evenly.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute almond butter with any nut butter.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
