Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the blended mixture with spinach and artichokes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
- For a thicker dip, reduce the almond milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
