Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine spinach, soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked pasta of your choice.

- Adjust the water for desired consistency.
- Add more garlic for a stronger flavor.
