- 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Blend the strawberries until smooth.
- Add coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
