Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan, sauté onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until soft.
- Add cubed bread, vegetable broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until bread is coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
