- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Add cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These brownies can be frozen for later use.
