- 200g ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add vegetable broth, tahini, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir well.
- Add bok choy and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Combine noodles with the sauce and vegetables. Mix well.
- Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
