A delicious vegan version of the classic tiramisu dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups silken tofu
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 package vegan ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- In a blender, combine silken tofu, almond milk, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the tofu mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
