Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a blender, combine silken tofu, almond milk, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  6. Spread a layer of the tofu mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
