- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and salt, and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
