Ingredients

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add all vegetables; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, then add to the pan.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
