Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (potatoes, onions, spinach)
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Add mixed vegetables to the flour mixture.
- Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
