Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. Add mixed vegetables to the flour mixture.
  3. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
