Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
