Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Add strawberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and blend.
  7. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
  9. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  11. Before serving, top with strawberry crunch topping.
