A delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake slice with a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add strawberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and blend.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with strawberry crunch topping.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh strawberries for better flavor.
- For a firmer cheesecake, chill overnight.
