Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the beef until browned.
- Prepare lettuce leaves by washing and drying them.
- Assemble wraps by placing beef, carrots, cucumber, and herbs in lettuce leaves.
- Roll the lettuce leaves tightly and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Serve with hoisin sauce or peanut sauce for dipping.
