Ingredients

- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and mint.
- In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Serve chilled.
