  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Top with sour cream and jalapeños before serving.
