Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
- Can add diced jalapeños for heat.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
