Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the kidney beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
