Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, and white cheddar cheese.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
