Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add chicken, white beans, green chilies, and corn.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir in cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese if desired.
