Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add shredded chicken, white beans, corn, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add lime juice before serving.
