Description
A flavorful white chicken chili with corn and lime.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, corn, and chicken broth.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add lime juice before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
- Top with cilantro and avocado if desired.
