Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and half the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Pour green enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and green onions on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
