- 1 package Oreo cookies (approximately 15–18 cookies)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add peppermint extract to the melted chocolate mix.
- Combine Oreo crumbs with the chocolate mixture until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with additional melted white chocolate if desired.
