Description
Delicious white chocolate peanut butter cups made with creamy peanut butter and smooth white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each cup of a muffin tin.
- Add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the muffin tin and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate if desired.
