Description

Delicious white chocolate peanut butter cups made with creamy peanut butter and smooth white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each cup of a muffin tin.
  4. Add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  5. Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the muffin tin and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • You can use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate if desired.
