Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Extra white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted white chocolate, diced strawberries, and vanilla.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with extra white chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
