Ingredients

- 2 cups yuca (cassava), peeled and cut into fries
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil yuca in water for about 15 minutes until tender.
- Drain and let cool.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the yuca fries until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove fries and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Season with salt and serve hot.
