- 4 fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place fish in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
