  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground almonds, powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into the almond mixture.
  5. Roll out the dough on a powdered sugar-dusted surface.
  6. Cut out star shapes using a cookie cutter.
  7. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
  9. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
