- 200g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground almonds, powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the almond mixture.
- Roll out the dough on a powdered sugar-dusted surface.
- Cut out star shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
