Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each zucchini half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the filled zucchinis in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the zucchinis.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
