Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchinis.
  3. In a bowl, mix the zucchinis, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, pepper, and green onions.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
