Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add red onion slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
