- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 package of hamburger buns, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, pickles, cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
- Add cubed hamburger buns and stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
