Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
  7. Add the remaining batter on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cake after it cools.
