Description
Delicious blueberry cream cheese bars with a buttery crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Toss blueberries with lemon juice and scatter over the cream cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute frozen blueberries.
