- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries and peaches.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
- Top the fruit with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Add vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
