Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until well combined.
  6. Spread the batter into a greased pizza pan.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool completely.
  9. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie crust.
  11. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
