Description
A delicious brownie ice cream cake layered with rich chocolate brownies and creamy ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely.
- Once cooled, place one layer of brownies on a serving plate.
- Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the brownie layer.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
- Top with the second layer of brownies.
- Spread the remaining vanilla ice cream on top.
- Finish with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of ice cream you prefer.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings or nuts if desired.
- Make sure the brownies are completely cool before layering.
