Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the brownies cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, place one layer of brownies on a serving plate.
  7. Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the brownie layer.
  8. Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
  9. Top with the second layer of brownies.
  10. Spread the remaining vanilla ice cream on top.
  11. Finish with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
  12. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
